We endeavour to deliver your order within 5 days from the date of purchase. Our sales team will contact you with a delivery date and time via email or phone.
If you are unable to receive your delivery we will require advice on where to place stock within the property. Due to health and safety reasons we will only be able to deliver stock the front of your property. Responsibility for goods passes to the customer at time of delivery.
We use specialised horticultural transport companies for all deliveries.
Should any goods be damaged during delivery please contact Get Green (AUS) immediately.
Goods requested for delivery outside our standard delivery zones will be POA.
Get Green (Aus) guarantee our stock to be healthy and free of pests and diseases at time of delivery.
Goods may only be returned for a refund/credit/replacement if they are deemed damaged at time of delivery. Get Green (Aus) must be notified within 24 hours of delivery to be considered for refund/credit/replacement. Photo evidence must be provided of damage to stock.
If for any reason you need to cancel your order through Get Green (Aus), notification will be required 48 hours prior to delivery.
Get Green (Aus) will provide a refund within 10 working days on cancelled orders.
A 10% of total order value re-stocking fee will apply to orders cancelled less than 48 hours prior to delivery.
